I have a corsair 750watt PSU, And 2 gigabyte windforce OC edition graphics cards. Im a gamer who does graphic design, so. Can maybe breach 700$. Pref amazom.
also.. 16gb of ram is pref.

You can change whatever you want, though I recommend keeping the CPU, 16GB DDR3, and this motherboard. Dropping the SSD brings you down to about $650 (before MIR, tax) but it's really nice to have that for system responsiveness as well as making periodic backup IMAGES using WD Acronis True Image Free or Seagate DiscWizard (same program). So make a backup of the SSD and store on the hard drive in case of problems. Update periodically.
