So I'm building a PC and I've bought the case and mobo but the case is 2.0 and the mobo is 3.0. Will I run into any problems?

There should be USB 2 headers on the mobo. Plug it into that. You just wont get / have USB 3 speed for the front of the case

What motherboard do you have? most likely there should be a USB 2.0 port on the motherboard. and yes as paul you wont have that speed transfer as the USB 3.0 does.

Looks like the USB 2 ports are the smaller blue headers on the bottom there. Theres 3 of them. Thats what you plug the front of the case into
