Windows 7 only opening in diagnostic mode?

My PC won't open in normal mode everytime I try it will always start in diagnostic mode with start up programs on. I have searched the net but I haven't been able to find anything. Also sorry in advance if I ask how to do some of the stuff suggested.

Try checking your Msconfig settings.


Start - type in search bar "MSCONFIG" should give you start up selection

make sure you have Selective Startup checked. aswell as the check marks below.
