Hey guys.

A while back my RAM died and it took me a long time to figure out that it was the RAM. So I finally was able to boot my computer back on and now my disk is running at 100% nearly all the time. I fresh wiped the OS and it didn't help so I'm not sure what is wrong.

It feels like some issues have helped the problem but the disk always shoots up to 100% when I open up an application. It's usually chrome I'm trying to open. I've also tried opening IE and using ninite to redownload some stuff and it gave me issues but ninite eventually made it through.

I've done basically all the online troubleshooting I can find so I'm coming here for help. This includes setting my virtual memory to 4 gigs (I'm usually running 8 but as I said my RAM died). I've defragged multiple times. I turned off defragging from automatically happening. I've stopped windows search.

Last I tried to open google chrome and this happened: http://i.imgur.com/hnGjdQY.jpg
