not able to boot new gtx 970

I am having trouble with my new graphics card and don't know what it could be I have all old drivers uninstalled
My motherboard is a MSI a75ma-g55
With amd a4-3400 apu processor

Can you return the card for a refund?
That weak processor would bottleneck the daylights out of it. You have better things to spend $350 on IMO.

what power supply do you have?
if you have a decent 500w power supply then remove the card and boot up into the bios and make sure that it is set to use or initialize pcie/PEG graphics first. Your system might still be trying to boot up with the APU.

Btw - this new processor will still bottleneck the 970

i have tried that when i out in the card i get 1 and then 2 beeps for display error and i cannot have the card in and try to get the drivers because my monitor which is a dvi wont get a signal when the card is in is there a way for the card to not be turned on and have my onboard graphics work so i can get the drivers for the nivida
