I'm looking for an answer to re-applying Thermal Paste and cleaning out my GPU. It's a Radeon HD 5770 and my Question comes down to which type of Thermal Paste should I be using for a GPU? Can I use any type of CPU Thermal Paste or is there a Special Kind I should pick up for this job Thanks in advance :)

For GPUs any NON-CONDUCTIVE Thermal compound would do great :)

Get a non-conductive TIM. I recommend Arctic Silver MX-2.

Thanks for the help, I recently noticed my temps to be a bit higher then normal on my GPU and since I don't have much cash atm to purchase a new GPU Maintenance on my old HD 5770 is my best option I believe its already past it's warranty so opening it is of no matter anymore and I have never opened it to begin with so i'm sure whatever paste that was on the GPU is near gone or pretty far used up.
