Please help me! I think I might return my graphics card for another one just to make sure it isn't defected or something. Please tell me what I should do! I try to run games like League of Legends but only get 10FPS...

Specs:

CPU- AMD FX 8350 4.0GHz 8-core
Cooler- CoolerMaster 212 Evo
Motherboard- Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Power- Corsair CX 600W
Graphics Card- MSI Radeon R9 270x 2G Twin Frozr
Storage- Seagate 1TB Internal Serial ATA

Thank you for the help!

under so circumstances, should it EVER run league at 10 fps. even at 8k, it would crash b4 it lagged that bad.

Check that your cooler is in place, use MSI Afterburner to monitor gpu temps and usage, update Catalyst to 14.xxx and make use realtemp for cpu temps. might be a virus/ spyware also.

Do you have the latest drivers?
Checked for viruses?

Run Unengine Valley and check for GPU stability.
Run for about 1 hour and if there are any issues(crashes, lags, arifacts) then your GPU is unstable. Either defective or needed to be underclock.

LOL is more CPU bound than GPU so I suggest you look in to your CPU over heating or if there is another program running in the background that is using the CPU.

to check temps for AMD's new CPU's read this guide as they are very different than Intel and Phenom temp readings. http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2122665/understandin...

You don't have the drivers then. Download it from AMD's website.
