Hey guys,

After browsing the web for 3 hours yesterday, I still have no solution to my problem. All suggestions found by my good friend Google did nothing for me.
I bought a set of 5.1 surround sound speakers yesterday. Everything has been set up correctly, as I tested it with the Realtek HD Audio Manager. However, when I play two channel audio, it only comes out of the front-left and front-right speakers. As far as I know, there is meant to be an option called Speaker Fill under the Enhancements tab of the properties menu for my device. No such option exists.

I have onboard surround sound on my ASRock z97 Falal1ty Killer, and this is the information that they give to the audio I/O on the website:
7.1 CH HD Audio with Content Protection (Realtek ALC1150 Audio Codec), Supports DTS Connect

If anyone has any suggestions, I would be happy to try anything. This is quite an annoying problem, so thank you for any help.

Regards,
Mitch.
