Hey so this is my first times building a gaming pc and I have a 1000 dollar budget I would like a 250 or 256 gb samsung ssd. Also a Bitfinex shinobi case. A small atx. No amd parts, or anything that is low quality and a separate budget of 700 dollars for two monitors and keyboard and other peripherals. Thanks! Ready set go!

Could swap the 970 for a 980 if you want.
Not the best at choosing gaming mice, so I'll leave that to someone else.
