Sleeping dogs irritating abnormal laggging!!!!

At the very first mission the game ran very smooth but when i entered the third mission the game starts lagging
...
When i press w to mov the player the player starts walking but when i left w
even after that it does not stops the mouse over also lags.
I also play batman arkham origin ,sniper elite 3 and gta IV but they perfectly...
My specs are:
CPU: AMD AthlonX2 260 3.2 ghz
RAM:2gb ddr3
GPU:Zotac Nvidia Geforce 210 1gb ddr3
Motherboard:Asus M4N68T-M LE V2
PSU:Beetle 450 watt

a few things, your cpu, while it was ok during it's time... well, it's been several years already.
ram.. too low for todays requirements

the gpu... man, it was bad during it's day, let alone in today's games. you really should not expect a gt210 to play current games decently.

to top it off, GTA4, it's probably one of the unoptimized game ever. even high end rigs at that time could not max out the game without fps issues. and those were very nice rigs.

please i dont mean to be rude, but i would suggest that you play other games, or get a new pc
