I have an okay stock desktop but I want to upgrade it by buying the parts I need slowly.
Here is the desktop I bought: http://store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/us/en/hp-...
I'm looking for the ability to record these games while getting a certain FPS.
Minecraft: 120 FPS
All FPS: 30
Yeah that is practically it, I just want to upgrade slowly.

well, the cpu is fine for what you need on medium-high settings, max on minecraft. you will want a power efficient gpu, like a gtx 750 Ti

if you get a gpu that doesnt need an external power, like most 750 Ti's, then no, your psu will be ok.
