for the 620, yes. if you bought this, how much money would you have left for a gpu, and how much are you paying for this?

That is a horrible video card to match with that CPU and RAM for games. It will not be unable to totally play games but anything newer that needs some power will not play. You can play SIMS 3 on Medium probably, but anything like Crysis, Skyrim, Dragon Age, newer BattleField and Call of Duty games will all need to be on low settngs and resolution.

What is your budget for a video card? Also need to know the power supply wattage in the system.

Also anything that's better and will play battlefield 4 on high... I know i said my budget is under 400 but try to be as cheap as possible while still holding that power... I do prefer Nvidia btw

Fot 400 you can get very good power supply and video card. If you are OK with running a lot of games on High but some of the top ones on Medium or maybe near Low, you can just get an nVidia 750Ti with no power upgrade for about $150. If you want to go closer to your budget and your case can hold the larger crds, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and a Radeon R9 280 or an R9 280X will get you a very capable gaming system for $300-350. The 750Ti will handle pretty much any game at smooth frames but you will have to lower details for some. The 280 and 280X can handle higher resolution and detail at fluid play frames. With your 16 gig of RAM, the better cards may be the way to go if you don't mind spending the extra 100-150.
