I want to ask if the selected parts I found seem good for in general gaming
CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V 86.2 CFM Liquid
Motherboard: EVGA Z87 FTW ATX LGA1150
PSU: Seasonic M12II 520 80+ Bronze
Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: 931GB Seagate ST31000340NS ATA Device (SATA)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked
Case: kinda debating over these two Corsair Graphite Series 730T Black Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Gaming Case or Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

I am not sure how the motherboard works exactly do I need to get Windows 7 OS or is it already installed to the motherboard not sure how that part works but ya do you guys think its a good build or any suggestions?

You will need to buy the OS - it does not come with any of the parts you buy.

It is a decent build - should give you a lot of fun.

I see cause my current computer I got which I really regret now from Ebay was refurbished and it hasn't been functioning right for about a month now so I was wondering if the build I listed would be enough to play high quality games or lower and I still cant decide which case would be more suitable so if anyone has a suggestion as to which one that would be great.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 3.0GHz Quad-Core (swap for 4590 for the same price the newer cpu have better tim paste)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V 86.2 CFM Liquid (use an evo 212 cooler works just as well and is cheaper).
Motherboard: EVGA Z87 FTW ATX LGA1150 (swap it for the newer asus-a z97 mb it let you latter on with a bios flash drop in a brodwell cpu.)
PSU: Seasonic M12II 520 80+ Bronze (swap for a evga 750b unit) let you put in a larger gpu latter on.
Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: 931GB Seagate ST31000340NS ATA Device (SATA) (for the money use a 1tb drive unless your reusing it.)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked (hold off black friday see if you can get a 960gpu)
Case: kinda debating over these two Corsair Graphite Series 730T Black Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Gaming Case or Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower

if your looking for red case look at black case with a side widow then use a 20.00 2 meter red led kit from nxzt.
t omake the case glow red.
