my motherboard model is dg31pr (intel AAD97576-306 & CANADA ICES 003 class b) with 450W power supply, can i support ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card. please tell me.

yes, in terms of support/compatibility of the gpu, there are only a few things to consider.

1. the interface, current boards have pci-e, so it needs a pci-e gpu also. and this is what you have, so you're ok.
2. decent psu, this is very important esp for high end cards
3. space, for small cases, some gpu's may not fit.

on a side note... if you are planning to play games on this, don't expect much. a gt610 is the slowest among the 600 series. even if they gave it 4gb, it will still be slow. if you won't play games, then it is ok, in fact, 1gb version will suffice.
