I am looking for a power supply that would work with my new GPU AMD HD 7770 1GB. I wont be over clocking it.

PC Configuration
Core i5 2500k
8GB ram
500GB Hard disk
ASus Motherboard

I am thinking to buy this cheap PSU.

Sure, if you don't want your computer anymore. The PSU is the most important component in the system. If you had to go cheap on every other piece of hardware it would be better than going cheap on the PSU. You want something from Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, Superflower, Enermax or at least a CX series Corsair. Anything from Tier 3 or higher and 400-450w should be plenty at the following link:

Okay got your point!!!

Will this be okay? my GPU wants 2x 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express Power Connector, 1x 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express Power Connector

and i extended my budget to buy this

Yes, that would be a much, much better choice. It's not a top shelf PSU but it's fairly reliable and is not likely to do what you saw in the video. I realize selection is likely limited where you are and prices are high, so it would work well for you.

Just checked Cosair VS 550 , it says 4 Peripheral Connector with 4 pins, and my GPU has 2x 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express Power Connector, 1x 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express Power Connector !!! I think it wont work
