Hi, I am having a strange problem as my system keeps restarting with TICK/CLICK Knock sound. here is the detail what actually happens--
1- I had Phenom ii x4 810 with 6 GB of Ram with r9-270X and it worked fine with 970A-g43.( Stable with Gaming Load)
2- I sell Processor + Gpu, and purchased a FX-6300 and old Sapphire 7950( Stress Tested= Ok).
3- I Assembled it on OPEN AIR setup, No casing.
4- Power on with Cooler Master 600 Watts, It posted succesfully.
5- And when i installed all the drivers, and restarted the system, it did not Post the display.
6- Power Off and with some shuffling of rams, unplug-plugin power sockets = Post again
7- Then after windows Login it restarts with a Click sound, and it just keeps on doing this, sometimes in a minute or two, and some time 15 mins with no load.
8- I checked the temps with no load of Processor and Mobo and Proceesor is good with 25-35c but my Mobo gives 45-50c on idle, I also put the fingers onto North bridge Heat sink and it BURNING HOT, Vrms are Ok with finger test( Installed DIY Heat sink on it) ,Cpu is cool, and Gpu is also Posting 39-45c temps.
Here are some Trobleshooting that i have done already:
1- Replaced Rams ( Post with Hot NB)
2- Replaced Gpu 7950 with smaller oldish 7300 nvidia ( Post with Hot NB)
3- Replaced PSU 600 watts with smaller 300 watts ( Post with hot NB)
4- Replaced Hard drive 1tb with smaller 160gb ( Post with stability more than 10 min still with Hot NB).
5- Tested Gpu 7950 with other Mobo ( Post successfully)
I hope that long post would not annoy you much, Need help...
