Hello,
Recently (like 2 hours ago), my computer randomly decided to restart.
At the time, on my primary monitor I was running League of Legends and on my secondary monitor I had Google Chrome running Twitch TV and Youtube. (both monitors ASUS, not sure the model number but can look if that is needed).
Then out of nowhere, everything went black and I was prompted at the good old boot option menu that asks you whether or not you'd like to start Windows normally or in Safe Mode.
I'll upload pictures of the report and possible files that were affiliated with the crash to help you guys out, but before that, below are some of my specs...

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.4 GHz
NVIDIA GTX 660 GPU
8 GB of RAM
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
OCZ Vertex SSD - 223 GB
Western Digital Black HDD - 1 TB

One possible solution I read up on is that I might have a virus and another one said that I might have corrupted files in my registry, either way I hope I can get this fixed smoothly. I would run a registry cleanup but I'm afraid that might ruin my SSD? If that's not the case and a registry cleanup in the Windows settings is safe, please let me know. Thanks so much in advance!

Here are two pictures of the error messages and possible files affiliated (on the second page of the imgur gallery)

P.S. There was a windows download that windows needed me to download after this error occured that I am just now seeing. The download was successful for the Asmedia ASM104x USB 3.0 Host Controller Drivers which must have not been up to date until now, just in case that's any information anyone here would need to know.

Let me know if there's any other information that I should provide, thanks!

If you think its a registry issue have you considered a System Restore to a time before you started to experience problems?

I have but I don't really think it's necessary to be honest.
I re-imaged with the disk about a month ago when I decided to finally organize the inside cords and everything and I've kept everything clean ever since.
Also I finished the full system Norton 360 scan and it came up with no threats. Still might do a Malware check just to be sure.

EDIT: All fans are working properly as well.
