Water cooling a Gas Chromatographer

I'm working in a laboratory, using a Ajulent 6890N Gas Chromatography unit, currently looking for cheaper alternatives for cooling our sample table.

The idea is to hook up a water cooling solution from a PC build directly into a sample tray (essentially the same as end as the cooling blocks you get for a CPU or GPU),

We can run the power from domestic power supplies, or through the PC that runs our chromatography unit,

Any recommendations on resevoir-pump combos that are adaptable to unusual pipe sizes?

Thanks
