Can my MSI R9-280 be able to run RealVision ENB at least 30+FPS? Please help

The rest of the settings are below in my signature of my PC. As long as it plays it 30FPS and up i am happy but can my MI R9-280 be able to run RealVisionENB at a playable rate? U really hope so :(

Yep, 3GB VRAM is plenty and the GPU is powerful too, would run at 50 FPS high (can be even ultra) with ease :)

Holy crap 50FPS!!!!!!!!!!! Omg i am used to 8-15FPS on my PS3 for SKyrim because my save is 21MB and if a sav ereaches more than 6MB on PS3 it slows the games performave %10 evert1MB :(  I usually get 8FPS though lol. But it can really run RealVision ENB just like in the link below?

You'd easily get 40+ FPS on high-ultra, depending on texture and AA. Haven't seen the link, but 40+ FPS is enjoyable IMO. 50+ is great, 60+ is excellent.
