Cannot instal Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 on Windows 7 laptop

When I try and instal the program, I get the following messages:

InstallShield Wizard Completed

The wizard was interrupted before Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.0 could be completely installed.

and

Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 setup requires elevation. Please run setup.exe from the installation source.
