I wish to build my own new pc that will allow me to play the latest games as well as build 3d models and work in photoshop and illustrator, apart from the normal stuff involved in studying at uni.
This is my first build but I've been thinking about it for quite some time and came up with this build:

with a 'Corsair H100i Hydro' cpu cooler.
Should I go ahead with it or do you suspect any problems?
PS: I'm not buying the 2nd gpu now, but plan to do so in the future if needs be.
