First computer build, need opinions please.

This is my first build ever, I been reseaching alot on options for my computer but since I never built a computer befoe, I feel like I might be over building, I want a computer that can handle ANY game on max settings with easily 60+ FPS. Also, want to know if I overlooked any componets where they will not be compatible with each other and/or better alternatives by taking in consideration of price and performance.

You're overpaying for many components, like PSU, SSD, CPU-MoBo-Memory combo. Yes they're all compatible but you can get a MUCH more powerful build for around the same price, with 2 970s in SLI:
