as the title says, MSI's 970 Gaming or MSI"s 780 IC TWIN FROZR?
which should i get if im not looking to upgrade my pc for the next 3-5 years?

GTX 970, more VRAM, more power efficient, cooler, cheaper, way to go!

its maxwell which is better than kepler in many aspects

Kepler supports DX12 as well, the whole 700 series does in fact.

Kepler supports DX12 as well, the whole 700 series does in fact.
