Hello,
I need help with fixing my connection for Destiny(Game for PS4) and possible porting. I live in New Jersey I have comcast(xinfinty), I use my WiFi for my Xbox 360, PC, and PS4. Before the purchase of my PS4 I had an Xbox One, and had no problems with connection. So I don't think this issue has anything to do with my Internet connection or router or even the PS4. Reason being because I never get disconnected from PS4 network just the Destiny server. The problem I have is when I play Destiny (Wired connection) I have no issues but when I am using the WiFi once in a while I may problems. But it mostly happens when my girl decides to use the Xbox 360 for Netflix. Once a show starts my connection for destiny server is lost. This never happened when I played games on my Xbox one and she uses the 360 but I haven't tried another online game for the PS4 to know if it's the PSNetwork or Destiny. Maybe my PS4 isn't optimized with the Xbox 360 I heard that may be the issue, or maybe I need to do some porting(which I don't know how) and that where I ask for help. I have Apple Airport and I tried looking a several websites and can't figure out how to port forward. But if there's something else I need to do can someone please help. My NAT type when connected wired is type 1 but wireless is type 2. Please I'm asking for any assistance because with the new update from budgie that was suppose to fix the issue for some reason it made it worse to the point where I can't even play strikes/Crucible/or even PVE with a fireteam without lag or drop outs.
Thanks
