Looking to play current games on my 1080p TV and I need it to be mini-itx

Is this build ok?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Y9jZqs

Intel i5-4590
ASRock B85M-ITX
G.Skill DDR3-1600 2x4GB
EVGA GeForce 750Ti 2GB Superclocked
Corsair Force LS 120GB SSD (I will add 500gb WD Red HD I have as spare)
Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Cube
Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Semi Modular PSU

I will be running Windows 7. Don't care for optical drives

Solution
Pretty good. My thoughts are below.

CPU - Nice price at Microcenter!
MB - Changed to a board with WiFi and BT built-in and a more modern chipset (H97). B85 would be alright, but no need to go "back" that far in technology.
SSD - Relatively new controller in that guy... I would change that to a Crucial MX100 or Samasung 840 EVO.
CASE - The Elite 120 and 130 have front USB 3.0 support. The Elite 130 also includes water cooling support (if you care).
PSU - No CX / CS / Builder series from Corsair (poor components). Stick with XFX or Seasonic.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($159.99 @ Micro Center)
Motherboard: Gigabyte...

These are the changes I would make. Better GPU and PSU. Hardwaresecrets gave it a good review.

This PC is going into a cabinet with limited circulation so I was trying to get a card that runs cooler and required less energy. Do you think it's wise to switch over still or should I stick with the current card?

My budget is flexible, I am more concerned with my space limitations, the case I have is a perfect fit for the space i have. I am worried about air circulation.

Do you know how long the card will be? That case I selected has a maximum length of 210mm.

Thanks for the heads up, I am open to upgrading in future and selling the card I will buy now. If I know for a fact it will fit into this case, I may wait but since that's not out yet, I will purchase one now. I know the new gtx 9 series card run cooler which attract my interests.
