I am in need of a recommendation for a power supply unit.

I want to Crossfire 2x MSI Radeon Gaming Edition R9 270s.
This site (http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine) told me only 534W was needed.

Could someone confirm this? Could someone also provide me with a recommended powersupply for my Case/Computer Specifications below:

Case: RAIDMAX Seiran II ATX-302WB
MB: MSI 970A-G46 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
GPU: MSI R9 270 GAMING 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 HDCP Ready CrossFireX
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W
MEM: HyperX Fury Black Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
SSD: Samsung EVO 840 128GB
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s

Current PSU: RAIDMAX RX-535AP 535W ATX 12V v2.3/EPS 12V SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS BRONZE

Thanks, I really appreciate the help.

Sean

Well you definitely need a new one. That PSU is basically an explosion waiting to happen.

I would go with Seasonic,XFX or EVGA for a PSU

Seasonic M12 620 W is a good one

Thanks ALL, I will check them out. So far the current PSU has been doing okay, lol. I thought it was a good brand since it as Certified.

Even though that site said 534W, is 500~600 really enough to crossfire those two cards? That sounds pretty low compared to what I've been googling (700+)

Sorry to say but your current PSU is one of the worst on the market. Your current PSU may be rated a for a certain amount but I highly doubt it will get anywhere close to reaching that number without a catastrophic failure. For the cards you selected I think all the recommended ones will be fine.
