What do you mean by "nothing connected to the motherboard turns on"?

Do you have a discreet GPU and the fans on it do not spin up? That the monitor that is connected directly to the motherboard (integrated graphics) and there is nothing being displayed on the screen? Or something else?

I mean that if my mouse is connected it would normally light up. The gpu fans turn on and the monitor is connected to the gpu and it nothing is displayed

Did it work with your old PSU? Does it work if you put the old one back? Do you have the 4/8 CPU connector plugged in?
