Is the WD Se better than the WD Black?

I noticed that the only difference between the two was that the Se is that the Se has twice as much cache. They both run at 7200rpm. So, since the SE is $10 cheaper, is it really better? I feel like I'm missing something.

WD Black is faster. SE is more aimed for enterprise NAS storage systems.
