I recently installed an SSD into my laptop, but I did not change the SATA mode to AHCI. Most of the methods I've looked at include the SATA mode being changed in the BIOS from IDE to AHCI, but my Insyde BIOS does not have this option. Is there any way for me to change the SATA mode to AHCI?

The BIOS is Insyde F. 16

Unless there is a bios update, you are stuck with IDE.

Performance will hardly be impacted.

The main issue is loss of the "trim" command that speeds up file deletions and increases ssd endurance.
As a practical matter, that is not an issue since your ssd will be long obsolete before you run out of update capability.

As far as I'm aware, I have TRIM enabled on my SSD.

All modern ssd's have trim capability.
It takes AHCI mode on the sata port to be able to transmit the trim command to the ssd.
Along with a driver in windows.
