I am looking to buy a new gpu for my system. My budget is around 200-250euros max. I was looking in amd r9 280 and r9 280x since they are better than the gtx 760 and gtx 770 in this price range. I found the xfx r9 280 black edition for 230euros and the saphire r9 280x dual-x for 256euros. Generally, i like the xfx one more (higher clock speed, black-red theme matches with my build (rog mobo), etc) but i want your opinion on which one i should buy.
Does the black edition of xfx worth the extra money (cause the cheapest r9 280 is the saphire dual-x in 192euros and asus direct cu2 top for 194euros)?.

The 280X will be faster. It is the better card, and I would choose Sapphire over XFX.

Yeah but the xfx black edition has lifetime warranty and faster base clock speed. The biggest cons are the slower memmory speed and the fewer processors.
Are you sure the saphire r9 280x is faster than the xfx r9 280 black edition?
In adition the xfx is way cooler (not cooler temps. cooler looks) and maches better with my black-red theme build. The saphire r9 280x dual-x has blue pcb (worst pcb color ever...).

Yes, the 280X is faster. I would go with it.

Their 'lifetime' warranty isn't really a lifetime warranty.

Compare the performance between the 280 and 280X with this 280 review.

If you are going to spend $300, you would be better off with a 970, though.
