Okay so I have been having issues with the internet connection at where I am staying. We are living in a basement apartment till our house is being built and using the owners internet. From time to time my computer would crash and when it rebooted it would have connection issues and then I would find out I have new programs I didn't ahve before. When trying to remove them it would either say 'Already Removed' but the program will still show up on start up or say 'Please close aplication before uninstalling' and its not running or even the 'Can't remove' message. I then run a systems scan and I have like 11 virus detected but only 1 was fixed. Everyone tells me to reformat it with the disk it came with but I don't have a disk drive for this computer. So can someone please help find a way to reformat it without the disk? I tried Alt+F10 combo but it doesn't work. Thanks in advance.

unless you have a recovery partition you need the disk.you can download an iso and make a disk here.

just use your product key from the laptop.it does sound, however that you have picked up some malware.what do you have for antivirus/malware programs?also, what are the names of these programs that just show up?
