Hi I' m from India I have a fx6300 I am going to buy a new cabinet it comes with a 450w PSU I was wondering whether the zebronics 450w will be enough for the fx6300?

If it were good for its label, yes (i.e. a "real" 450W PSU would be sufficient, although it also depends on your graphics card). As noted, Zebronics is a very low quality device, something I'd call a "PSU-shaped object." It might be good for half its label, and even that may be out of spec. It will lack filtering components, and is the sort of unit that dies for no apparent reason, and often takes other parts with it into the fiery abyss.
