So when im just idling at desktop, nothing open, all is fine. BUT! When i open game or go web browsing i start hear buzzing/beeping sound coming from the case. This started happening when i switched my motherboard. It's pretty annoying even its not that loud.

PC Specs:

AMD FX-9370 (Cooler Master Seidon 120xl, came with cpu)
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
R9 280X Gigabyte windforce edition
Samsung 120gb evo ssd
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

The old motherboard was:
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P

Can you help me? :(

Is a hose loose on your cooler? maybe air escaping?
are one of the fans rubbing against a wire or something?
Is your speaker cable plugged into the wrong jack?
Is the motherboard beeper plugged in all the way or is it backwards?

I would check these things first

my guess, without hearing it, is the load on either CPU or GPU and either Fans are spinning at higher RPM (maybe a broken fan baron) or your are getting a coil whine from your motherboard.

My guess if not a fan issue, it is a coil whine. Since this only happened after you got a new motherboard, it is most likely motherboard. May also be PSU or GPU.

You start new software, system load gets higher, more voltage passing through the hardware components, makes the coil whine audible to you.

Sounds like choke/coil whine to me, based on what you have described. Asus isn't a bad company to get a RMA from but if you just purchased it, try to return the motherboard back to the store and tell them what happened. Had a Gigabyte board do the same thing, and several EVGA GTX 560 TI 448 Core Edition's do it, as well as a Corsair PSU. It just kind of happens, dumb luck. FWIW I do believe that they make noise regardless, its just that when parts are either old or defective does the sound reach a frequency humans can hear.

I now actually remember this happening with old motherboard too, but only when i was loading into game, not when web browsing or actually playing. and i think i now found where the sound comes. It PSU or GPU. Is it dangerous that u got this sound? I mby can live with that if its not gonna break anything, even its pretty annoying :/

Pretty sure it is GPU, if i lock fps 60 on games its quiet like when browsing, but now the sound is also at desktop ._. I probably can live with the sound, even is annoying and annoying to lock fps on some games, or can you somehow magicly repair it?

I do not think so, though there are most likely some youtube videos that claim to do so, could try a youtube suggestion, but as far as my experience, there is no fixing such an issue. In time, it may go away, though a warranty would cover such an issue.
