What do you think about this gaming build?

Hello everyone, I would like to hear your opinion on this build for gaming, please if you have suggestions dont make them much more expensive because I am already at the limit of my budget. Thank you in advance!

RAM: 2x Simm DDR3 PC1333 4GB CL9 Kingston Hyp
GPU: PowerColor Radeon R9 280, Turbo Duo OC, 3072 MB DDR5, miniDP
CPU: AMD AM3+ FX-8320 Box
Case: BitFenix Neos Midi-Tower
Power supply: Sharkoon WPM700 V2
HDD: HDA 1000GB Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda
MOBO: MotherBoard SoAM3+ ASROCK 990FX Extreme3

I would like to play BF4/other demanding shooter. at high settings with good fps, are my expectationts realistic? Do you think this motherboard is good for the build?

I know I havent included an SSD, I know it will make loading times much shorter, but at the moment I dont mind not having one.

MEM - "slow" modules being DDR3-1333 with high latency. Just slow...
PSU - No. Poor quality / components. Look toward XFX or Seasonic.

It would be easier if we knew a budget, intended use, preferences, vendors, etc... so we could propose a build to you. Check out the link below and give us some more info...

ram = ok
gpu=ok
cpu = ok psu = never heard of it and i dont think thats certified psu ..
you should upgrade to a certified tier 1 or 2 ps ?

Budget Range: 650 Euros maximum

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 1st and most important: Gaming 2nd: Light matlab, altium designer use.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: That probably a tough one, i would like to buy them from a local store www.digital-master.gr/

Location: Greece/Crete

Parts Preferences: Any quality brand i guess.

Overclocking: Maybe yes

SLI or Crossfire: No

So far PSU and RAM should probably be replaced.

you can get that psu and your system would be good to go and also there is not much difference between ddr3 1333 and 1600 so a upgrade would be nice but not a must..

Well as I see 1600 rams are not more expensive than 1333 so I will pick the 1600 ones!
Thanks for all your inputs, I will probably lean towards the EVGA PSU jbrown156 suggested!
