I have used these for some time.

This link is to look at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This link is to buy:

http://www.amazon.com/Sunbeamtech-PL-RS-6-Rheosmart-Fan...

They work as VR or Pwm.

My fan is the Noctua NF-F12 PWM , and according to the page that if I plug it into a 4 pin fan header it can have PWM control. the Sentry Mix 2 have 4 pin fan headers, does that mean I get automatic fan control?

No, with the Rheosmart 6 it has a cable that plugs into Pwm header of your mobo and to your cpu fan sending the pwm
function to your controller, Under each VR knob There is a button. If you push it to the red light it runs the individual fan in the pwm mode. Otherwise the light below the knob is green and you can adjust the rpm manually.

Sry for being a noob... but I though PWM and automatic fan control are the same?

You will if they advertise and say it does. That definitely would be in the details prominitly. For the Rheosmart 6. It is in the details and I have used the function.

Thank you SO MUCH, this is really helpful! one more question, there's review on Amazon saying there's a issue with quality control and report of only been able to control up to only 4 fans. Have you had any similar experience?

No. How many fans are you going to hook up to it?
