Can someone tell me if its possible to keep windows installed my 1tb hdd and just put certain programs like chrome and audio software on the ssd for faster performance? I try to install firefox and chrome on the ssd and it shows installed on drive X but when i watch the drive activity when opening the browser there is no activity on drive x all activity is on C drive.
Possible to keep windows on HDD and select programs on SSD??

You SSD should be installed as the boot drive and your HDD should be used for storage. You have it opposite. This will probably require reinstalling Windows on the SSD or using a cloning application to copy your Windows installation to the SSD and then formatting the HDD for use as storage.
