Help with command XCOPY

Hello ,

the follwing command display the result in screen , i wonder how i can add the result in variable example %Resultfilescopied%

xcopy %pathCopyfrom% %pathPastdestinaton%-%DATE:~10,4%-%DATE:~4,2%-%DATE:~7,2%\* /C /D /I /E /G /H /R /Y /V
