Hi, I have a D110 Photosmart All-In-One Printer connect via USB to my HP Pavilion DV6, 64 bit,
I have had no response from HP Support / Forum

Windows 7. All of the sudden, my Solution Center has disappeared. I have read and read many message and "Fix-Its" None work for me.

1) I click start and type HP Solution Center and the name is regonized but when I click on it, a message appears: (The item Hpodir, exe that has a shortcut refers to have been changed or moved, sol the shortcut will not work properly?)

2) A few messages suggest deleting to llevel 4? Not sure what that means? In contrreol Panel I see; HP Imaging Device Functions 14.0, HP Photosmart D110 All-In-One Driver Software 14.0 Rel. 7, HP Smart Web Printing, HP Solutions Framework?

3) I ave deleted from my downloads, HPSupportSolutionsFramework-15.51.0027.msi and reinstalled it Fully / Completely and at the end of the process, message says, printer not on or cannot find USB connection

4) I have downloaded "Print and Scan Doctor", Stops at Solution Center (Could not locate)? Please help step by step in detail or should I just chuck it and buy a new printer> many thanks-

I would suggest you unplug the device from your computer, go into device manager and under printers right click and select uninstall and uninstall device driver.

Next, go into Programs and features (Add remove programs) in control panel and uninstall all HP software.

Reboot.

Reinstall the HP driver package for your device.
