Last night I got a new CPU cooler and installed it successfully, it turned on and booted Windows worry free. But when I got home from school this afternoon Windows wouldn't load and the BIOS couldn't recognize anything in the SATA. I even switched around the power and SATA with my HDD but to no avail. I didn't even touch my SSD at all last night. What could have happened and is it fixable? (I WAS ALWAYS GROUNDED)

I would boot with the Windows installer disk and do a start up repair first.

Very unlikely that anything is physically damaged IMO.

I just put a Windows 7 64 bit disk in as it was my original OS and it still loads Windows 10, even when I manually boot

Delete Windows 10 -- it should only be run on a virtual machine at this point, it is not a stable OS just a technical alpha that is no where near complete. You will need to repair your bootloader with a system repair disk or install disk or do a repair install or clean install of Windows 7.

So do a secure erase first and then reinstall Windows 7. You can use DBAN on a bootable media.
