Hey everyone,

I have a laptop with Windows 7 (it's 64 bit if it makes any difference) and whenever I open Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox the resolution in the browser is not 1920x1080 (my native resolution) however it's just the browser that has a different resolution than normal (it's 1536x864 according to http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/ and some other sites of the same type)

Did I happen to do something without knowing that messed up my resolution while on the browsers? When using anything else except the browsers the resolution seems fine

I appreciate any and every help I can get

ctrl + or - changes your browsers resolution. At least that is how it is in Firefox. I use a lower res in firefox because my eyes are getting old.

ctrl + or - just seems to change the zoom, the resolution is still the same, right?

Before the zoom was on default and everything had the correct resolution, now I have to zoom out just to have it kinda look like before

Oh, that doesn't happen to me (I'm using Chrome though)

However, it still looks different to me, I can notice that the resolution isn't the same as it was before and I don't know what caused it
