I recently purchased a GTX 780 and the frames Im getting on games just don't seem to be up to par with what the card apparently had to offer.
My specs:
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
PSU: Corsair CX600
8GB of RAM
Windows 7

it shouldn't be bottlenecked, that i5 is more than capable of running a titan black.

try installing msi afterburner or gpu-z. Play a game and see if the load decreases from 100%.
