Ok so I have here a AsRock B85 Pro4 and it says in the specifications:
"- 2 x CPU Fan connectors (1 x 4-pin, 1 x 3-pin)
- 2 x Chassis Fan connectors (2 x 4-pin)
- 1 x Power Fan connector (3-pin)"

Does that mean I can only have 3 fans of that I can control the RPM through the BIOS of?

Also what is this Power Fan connector?

And another thing If I may, can 3-pin fans have their RPM adjusted in anyway? I'm pretty bad at fans and this whole 3pin-4pin thing so excuse my ignorance.

power fan connector is for PSU's. some PSU's need to have their fan connected to the motherboard. this doesnt happen alot though. you can use it as a normal case fna connection. then the 2 chasis fans speak for themself. and the PCU fan connectors. the 4 pin. leave that for your CPU fan. the other one you can also use as case fan. but use that fan as an exhaust as it will speed up together with your CPU fan.

3 pin fans can be controlled yes. there is software for that.
take a look here. the asrock tuning utility...you can controll the fan speed there.
