I recently installed an Asus GTX760 however, as this is the first graphics card I've ever installed I'm a little unsure on whether things are running too hot or if fan speeds are too high. Currently when playing a game for instance the GPU temp will rise to between 65-70 c but to keep it at this the gpu fan speed is roughly staying at 70%. On idle the temp is about 30-35c and fan speed stays at minimum of 29%. Could anyone help clarify whether these are about right?

Those temps are perfectly normal, and so is the fan speed. You can turn the fan speed up to lower the temps, but 70C is fine.
