Would like to build a good desktop for gaming for games like lol on highest settings with real good fps and other games like sky rim on ultra settings if possible. I have been out of the loop so I am looking for someone who can give me a full list set up of all parts needed to build desktop and such.

FYI, AMD is more for budget gaming. they're still good CPU's and are very good overclockable.
AMD is a bit more expensive, but they also use less power. and are usually from better quality(if you can go like 50 60 dollars over the budget, you can get the build donkeyoatie sugested with an i5 4690k, which is a realy good PCU, that will last you for quite some time)
but , there is nothing wrong with the fx 8320 ;)

neither of them will have overheating issues.
and it's hard to say which one will last longer. that i5 CPU is better though. so that something to go for.
anyway, if you are willing to spend another 80ish bucks, we could give you a build with more future proofing meaning that there would be room for a better motherboard that supports SLI, and room for a better and overclockable CPU
(the builds that are listed here now will last quite a while though) and I'd go for donkey's build then.

I know it's out of your budget, but I think it's worth paying a bit extra for

but dont worry. the other 2 builds linked are very good aswell. I would however in donkeys build put the motherboard that I selected here. it's a bit older, but it's normal ATX, you wont see any difference in performance and you have the possibility in adding an extra gtx 970 in the future.

Well everyone is saying windows 8 is bad and all that. but windows 8 is actually better then windows 7. it just takes some time to get used to it. and...you can pretty much make it look like windows 7 nowadays. so go for windows 8.1.

^that
and I have no idea about ordering everything. you'll have to ask someone else about that. sorry

edit: I did see that newegg has everything. so you could select those parts with newegg, so they would all arrive at the same time. you could even make them assemble the system if you dont feel comfortable assembling it yourself(it's a nice learning proces and it's not all that hard, it's even fun to do!)
