If one were to overclock the FX-8320 to 4.0 GHz (the stock speed of the 8350), would there be any performance difference? If so, where?

I plan to be using my computer to design and render 3D models, and was wondering if the$30 dollar difference is better spent on the 8350 over the 8320, or toward my GPU. Here are my planned system specs, in case you were wondering:

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ Mobo
FirePower Fatal1ty 750W 80Plus Bronze (PSU)
Team Elite Plus 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 (RAM)
PowerColor TurboDuo AXR9 280 (GPU)
and either the FX-8350, or the FX-8320 (CPU).

I was able to overclock my 8320 to 4.4 GHz with a hyper evo 212 as its cooler. It'll outperform a stock 8350 at that speed since they are basically the same. There's no guarantee to reach that with each 8320 though, since each chip is different. But generally, you should have no problem reaching 4 GHz. It'll perform exactly the same as the 8350 in that case. Only thing, The 8350 boosts to 4.2 GHz. If you overclock the 8320 to 4 GHz, you'll probably lose the turbo boost, which means the 8350 will still slightly outspeed it. If you reach 4.2 GHz you should be fine again. And obviously, the 8350 can generally overclock higher than an 8320.

I have both of them and is quite big difference. Both have the same cooling cooinglmaster seidon 120, I overclocked 8320 to 3.8 GHZ and for the same job it has temperature like 10deg higher then 8350at 4.1GHZ. It is not possible to overclock 8320 more due to overheating.
