I have an Asus G75VW gaming laptop that came with Win 8 on it. I upgraded it to 8.1 shortly after I got it. Haven't had any issues. I did a full reset, secure wipe. After I started the reset I closed the lid. When I reopened the lid the laptop would only boot into the BIOS and looped.

I ran TestDisk and was able to find out that my partition header was damaged and that all the partitions were still there. TestDisk was not able to repair the table though now it does boot into windows enough to give me an error screen that loops, error code 0xc0000225. I do not know how to proceed from here, how to rebuild this partition? I'm not incredibly familiar with GPT.
