Please help! I just got a brand new Dell Desktop, am running Windows 7 Professional and have IE 11 installed. This is a problem I encountered on my old desktop, and thought it would be gone when I acquired my new desktop. I use Google as my search engine. When I use Google via https://www.google.com/ and search for something (red dogs for example), my search will pull up pages and pages of entries about red dogs, but once I click on any individual entry/page, the screen goes completely blank, even though the individual entry's address shows up in the address bar for that particular page.

What I have found through searching and searching the internet are these two temporary solutions:

1) I can go to the individual entry's address when the screen is blank, and type in an "s" after the "http" portion of the address (i.e. https://), and then the page will load correctly. OR

2) I have to search Google via https://encrypted.google.com/. When I do this all pages load properly.

I have no idea why this is happening but it's very frustrating, especially if I want to use the Google Toolbar, because then the problem happens every time I search.

Hopefully I am stating all of this clearly, and any insight/solution would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!!

Hello,

That seems like security is too tight. I guess you could try resetting the internet options security settings back to default. If that doesn't help it could be the Anti Virus software that you are using.
