Asrock Pro4 H97

Hello guys, I have bought yesterday a new MOBO Asrock Pro 4 H97. I have installed the processor on it everything was installed as per manual. I have started the computer but the PC was not reaching the BIOS menu.
I went to the shop from were I have bought it to check if there is an issue with the MOBO. They have informed me that there are some bent pins on it.
I am 100% sure that was not my fault. The question is do the warranty cover this issue?
I really want to know if I would loose my money or not. Because I am really frustrated. I have just bought it yesterday and today I have sent it to warranty.
My mistake was that I have not checked the pins but I was sure that they were ok and nothing will happen.
Also is there anyone that has encountered this issue and send the motherboard to warranty?
