need bios setting to run xp on asus z87-c motherboard

I need the bios settings to boot my Windows xp HDD as I need to de-activate Photoshop 8 so that I can install Windows 7 onto a SSHD. My old motherboard got fried by a lightening hit and I need the settings to go back to the XP HDD.

sata ports try setting them to ide first...turn off secure boot and turn on legacy boot. for the ram turn on xmp profile set it to profile one.
