I have this build. But when i try to turn it on it goes off instantly. It's all new. I just built it like 20 minutes ago. It doesn't turn on and I did notice that the PSU's fan on the bottom doesn't spin? Does this mean the PSU is faulty?

That could be a sign of a faulty or Dying PSU. You could try updating the BIOS on the motherboard

It might be multiple issues, Such as badly connected power plugs, a dead motherboard, or even a short circuit on the back of the motherboard. You did put every standoff correctly during the build, right?

I re-checked everything. And turns out I didn't have a power cable connecting to the CPU power. -.- Such as silly mistake and I was freaking out since it's my first time building one. I apologize for my stupid mistake.

Lol, first builds are always fun when you press the power on button for the first time and have scratch your head as to why it's not working :p . Good to see you were able to resolve your issue.

Don't worry! Everyone makes mistakes.
I remember my first build where I forgot to replace the motherboard backplate for my cooler, then I had to disassemble everything when I noticed the cooler wouldn't fit on after I had assembled everything.
